Every1Mobile operates www.uafya.co.ke (the "Site"). This page summarizes what information we might collect from you as a user of our site and what we will and will not do with it.

Creating an account

• Your profile includes information you shared with us when you joined the site.
• If you joined via Facebook, we do not use any of the information you shared with Facebook when you created a Facebook account. 
• We do not work for Facebook, but give you the option of joining and logging in via Facebook because it is quicker. 
• If you joined via Google, we retrieve your first name, last name and email address information you shared with Google when you created a Google account.
• We do not work for Google, but give you the option of joining and logging in via Google because it is quicker.
• You can edit this information at any time in your profile.

Why we ask for this information

• We ask for information about you so we can provide you with a better service, but also so that we can make sure we are doing a good job.
• For example, by knowing that many of the people on the site are aged between 18-25, we can add more to the site for people in that age group.

Information Collection And Use

• While using our Site, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.
• Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, identity number and cell phone number.

What happens to your data

• We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
• However, the combination of your first and last name, and contact details will never be shared with third parties unless you have given your consent.

• Every1Mobile gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts, feelings and opinions on a variety of topics.
• When you post a comment, the display name that you provided when you join will appear next to that comment.
• The first name and last name that you provided Facebook will be kept private. This way you can choose the name you want us to display, and that others can see.
• If you don't want your real name to appear, set up a Display Name on your profile.
• Comments shared on the site may be shared with our partners for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
• Your comments will never be associated with the combination of your name or contact details unless you give us your permission first.

Communications

• We may use your Personal Information to contact you if you’ve won a competition and with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials.
• We will never provide or sell your personal data to any third parties. We will only contact you if you have provided us with your consent to do so. Update your subscription settings.
• You can choose to provide or not provide consent on your profile page when you join.
• Likewise, you have the right to withdraw your consent on the profile page. Update your privacy settings.
